This helped us to take our time in making this big decision. We had heard there were tight rulings surrounding residential SMSF investments. Recently, I was confronted with the having to make a very important decision when buying a commercial property. In our case we wanted to explore the opportunity of going the SMSF route but were daunted by the complexity of the matter. I spent many days researching all the pros and cons and it took some time to realise that I needed some professional help. Our Forever Home

My wife Debbie and I decided we needed to buy our forever home before it became an unlikely proposition. Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining

After recently having his car stolen Kent Walker of Kentec IT was faced with trying to obtain finance to replace the car when his IT business had only launched a couple of months before.
