We want to take a moment to personally thank you. When we came to you earlier in the year asking if you could help us determine if the purchase of a residential investment property would be viable using our SMSF, the costs and what our financier options would be, you didn’t shy away from the task. In fact, you went straight to work, not only coming back to us with answers within days, but also neatly packaging up our options in a clear and concise email. This helped us to take our time in making this big decision. We had heard there were tight rulings surrounding residential SMSF investments. You were genuine, direct and forthcoming with those rulings, but helped us navigate them and supported us to ensure we were compliant, and we weren’t overwhelmed by them. We never felt as if the goal was unachievable. And then, when we paused on our search for a suitable property, found one, paused again and then finally proceeded to a contract of sale, you never wavered in your responsiveness to our fluctuating needs. You responded to our needs with compassion and professionalism, and helped by navigating and compiling the forest load of paperwork that is involved in this process of SMSF property purchases. We cannot thank you enough for treating us like humans, supporting is in reaching our goals but also being real with us in what was achievable, as well as always going above and beyond to meet with us physically to sign (that forest load) of documentation and assist us through the process. We will certainly be in contact for our future investment queries, plans and actions.
