Safe Access to the Accountplan Team
After relaxation of the lock-down restrictions this mean we are once again able to provide physical appointments at our office. Our preference however remains for virtual appointments and in this regard there are a number of ways to interact directly with our team during Tax Season and beyond:
- over the phone
- via video conferencing (via Zoom, Teams etc)
Or if you like you can use 1 of the following methods to simply drop off your work so that one of our team can get it started for you:
- email your supporting documents directly us using reception@accountplan.com.au
- tax clients can use our secure online Client Portal – talk to your accountant to register for same at no cost
- mailed to us at PO Box 516 Margate QLD 4019
- dropped into our secure drop box located at the front of our building (it can even cater for large A3 envelopes)
