Safe Access to the Accountplan Team

There are a number of reasons that you may be wanting to reach out to the team at Accountplan:

• Completing your 2019 or 2020 Tax Returns in order to receive the $1080 low-middle income tax offset and your refund
• Lodging your BAS in order to access Business Cash Boost payments ranging from $20K to $100K
• Seeking guidance or help with JobKeeper 
• Seeking advice on Early Access to Super, or even simply discussing the performance of your fund
• Discussing equipment finance options to take advantage of up to $150K in Instant Asset Write Off incentives
• Availing of loans and credit via the Govt SME Guarantee Scheme
• Enquiring on what financial assistance is available from your Bank such as Mortgage Payment Deferrals
• Discussing Home Loan Finance and at the same time potentially accessing up to $63K in current Govt incentives

To ensure the safety of our team, their families and our customers the majority of our team were working remotely during the earlier stages of the Coronavirus pandemic.  As restrictions eased we have transitioned back to working from our Redcliffe office. Access to our team via a traditional face to face meeting is again available but where possible it remains our preference that appointments are still completed via eMail, over the phone, or where available via video conferencing. 

Provision of documents and your information to our team for completion of work can be done in a variety of ways:

• emailed directly us using reception@accountplan.com.au
• tax clients can use our secure online Client Portal – talk to your accountant to register for same
• mailed to us at PO Box 516 Margate QLD 4019
• dropped into our secure drop box located at the front of our building (it can even cater for large A3 envelopes)
• or dropped into our reception
